Rick was easy to get a hold of and dealt with a complex laundry drainage repair. I have had numerous plumbers come in/take a look and they have all given up and said I would need a camera to diagnose the issue. Rick on the other hand took the challenge head-on and did not quit until the issue was fully resolved. Highly recommend.

Came at 11pm on the start of Canada Day long weekend when no one else would, litterly no one else he was the last person I called.
